Individual and Team are subscriptions billed in advance to the account owner and renewed automatically, at the same price, on the same day of each billing period until they are cancelled. The first payment is taken when the subscription starts and each later payment is taken on the renewal date. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@repora.com.
No payment is taken on this website. There is no checkout here, and these prices are not a live purchase. Repora is delivered electronically as a hosted service reached in a web browser; nothing is shipped and no licence key is issued. Velvet Software Limited is the seller. Once we have agreed a plan and a start date in writing, we open the account, send sign-in details to the account owner by email and confirm the billing arrangement: payment is by card, handled by a regulated payment provider, or by bank transfer for invoiced accounts.

Access control
Documents are processed on Repora's servers over encrypted connections. Access is controlled per shared space, and your organisation decides who can open each space.
Team sub-accounts
Give each colleague their own sign-in under one organisation account. An administrator manages access per shared space, so people reach the documents that belong to their work.

Velvet Software Limited is the seller. No payment is taken on this website: billing is arranged when your account is approved, by card or by bank transfer.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Repora is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full — a renewal payment as well as a first purchase. We approve the refund and return the money to the payment method used for the order. Cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Stopping use of Repora does not by itself cancel a subscription.
