You are asked to produce a document, not to remember where it went
An audit request names a supplier and a period, and the answer is somewhere in a mailbox, an export folder and a colleague’s drive. The work is not the finding, it is proving that the copy you found is the copy that counts, and showing who could reach it. Repora keeps those documents in controlled spaces with version history, and records what each automated run did.
Files stored in the European Union
Repora is operated by Velvet Software Limited in Dublin, Ireland, company registration number 633270. Files are stored in the European Union, personal data is handled under EU data protection law, and connections between your browser and Repora are encrypted. The Privacy Policy sets out what is collected, the lawful basis for it, and how long it is kept.
Access controlled per shared space
An administrator creates a space for a client, entity or period, invites people to it and gives them the level of access the work requires. Permissions sit on the space rather than on individual copies, so there is one place to check who can reach a set of documents and one place to change it. Removing a person revokes their access immediately.
Version history and the activity view
Every change is recorded against a version, so the current document and its predecessors are both identifiable and you can restore or compare an earlier one where supported. Automation rules handle recurring intake and routing, and the activity view records what each run did.
What we can state, and what we cannot
We can state this: files are stored in the European Union, Repora is operated by Velvet Software Limited in Dublin, Ireland under EU data protection law, connections are encrypted, access is controlled per shared space, every document carries version history, and the activity view records what each automation run did.
We cannot state this: Repora holds no SOC 2 report and no ISO 27001 certification, we publish no penetration-test report, and we give no contractual uptime commitment. We do not describe Repora as certified or approved for any regulatory regime, and we will not put a compliance badge on a page to win an evaluation.
Bring us the requirement instead: if your auditors need data processing terms, a retention schedule, a defined export route or specific documentation, tell us before you move regulated material into the service. We will say in writing what we can provide and what we cannot.
