Half your day is other people’s attachments
A client sends the brief as a PDF, the supplier sends a spreadsheet, somebody re-sends a corrected version to one person on the thread, and a week later nobody can say which file was signed off. The work is real, the filing is not billable, and it still has to happen. Repora takes the arriving document and files it by rule, in the client’s own space.
A space per client, and access that ends when the engagement does
Give each client, campaign or matter its own shared space, and invite colleagues, contractors and outside reviewers to exactly the one they belong in. Everything runs in the browser, so an external reviewer needs nothing installed. Removing a person from a space revokes their access immediately and the documents stay where they are.
Intake, without the email thread
Rules bring incoming files into the right shared space and rename, convert, tag and route them on the way in. A job can run on a schedule and send a document out for review, and the activity view records what each run did, so you can show a client what arrived and when.
Review it in the browser before it leaves
Built-in viewers open documents, PDFs, images, audio and video in place, and search covers Repora and connected storage by name, type, owner or date. Read the preview, confirm it is the approved version, then share it, rather than hunting through a thread for the last attachment.
What is in place, and what we will not pretend
In place: a shared space per client with access control, version history on every document, built-in viewers, search across Repora, server-side conversions, and rules that name, convert, file and route an incoming document.
Availability to confirm: email intake, archive extraction for ZIP, RAR and 7Z, connected Google Drive and OneDrive folders, and natural-language search. These are part of the declared product scope and each one is confirmed during access planning, not assumed.
What we will not pretend: we publish no customer names, no case studies and no client counts, so nothing on this page is a reference you cannot check. We would rather walk through your own document types with you.
