This page sets out who sells Repora to you, what you receive and when, what a plan costs and in which currency, how a subscription renews, how to cancel, how a refund works, and how to reach us if something goes wrong. Repora is operated by Velvet Software Limited, registered in Dublin, Ireland (company registration no. 633270). It is a business document platform: file storage and management, document collaboration, search and workflow automation.

Read it with our Terms of Use, which are the agreement for using the service, and our Privacy Policy. Where this page and the Terms of Use describe the same thing, they are meant to say the same thing; the Terms of Use govern.

No payment is taken on this website. There is no checkout on repora.com, there is no self-serve signup, and there is no free trial and no free tier. Repora is a closed limited-access programme: you apply or book a walkthrough, and access is granted by us.

Who You Buy From

Velvet Software Limited develops and operates Repora and provides product support. We do not sell to you directly on this website. When a subscription is arranged, the order is placed with a merchant of record, which is the reseller and the legal seller of that order, takes the payment, applies any tax due and issues the receipt or invoice.

Where your order is processed by Paddle: “Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.”

Where your order is processed by FastSpring, FastSpring is the merchant of record and reseller for that order, and FastSpring's terms of sale govern that payment transaction.

Your order confirmation names the merchant of record for that order, and the card statement descriptor comes from that merchant of record rather than from us. The merchant of record's buyer terms govern the payment transaction; our Terms of Use govern your use of Repora itself. Product questions, and anything about how Repora works, come to us at support@repora.com.

What You Receive, and When

Repora is delivered electronically as a hosted service you reach in a web browser. Nothing is shipped, there is no physical product, and no download or licence key is issued. What you receive is a Repora account for the plan you agreed: shared spaces and folders, document previews and conversions, search across your stored files and connected drives, and — on Team and Enterprise — access controls, approval workflows, automation rules and activity history. Storage and supported formats are the ones confirmed with you during access planning.

The order of events is:

  1. You send an access request, or book a walkthrough. This creates no account, activates nothing and starts no payment.
  2. We talk to you, and we agree the plan, the number of people and the start date in writing.
  3. We open the account and send the sign-in details to the account owner's email address.
  4. The merchant of record takes the first payment as the subscription starts.

Because access is arranged before the subscription starts, the account is available from the date of the first charge, and nothing is charged for a period we have not made available. If a payment has been taken and access is not available to you, tell support@repora.com and we will restore access or return the payment.

Prices, Currency and Tax

Individual is US$15 per month for one person. Team is US$30 per user per month, with a minimum of 2 users, so a team starts at US$60 per month. Enterprise pricing is agreed with you in writing. The prices published on our pricing page are the prices we sell at.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude tax. Where tax applies, the merchant of record — not Velvet Software Limited — calculates VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout from your location and the tax treatment of the product, adds it to the amount you pay, and reports and remits it. The amount shown to you before you confirm an order is the total you will be charged.

EU business buyers can supply a valid VAT registration number to the merchant of record during checkout, where its own rules and the applicable law allow it to be taken into account.

Renewal and Cancellation

Individual and Team are subscriptions billed in advance to the account owner. They renew automatically, at the same price, on the same day of each billing period until they are cancelled: a monthly plan is charged every month on the day the subscription started, and an annual plan every year on that date. The first payment is taken when the subscription starts, and each later payment is taken on the renewal date. There is no minimum term beyond the period you have paid for, and there is no cancellation fee.

Cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing support@repora.com from the address that owns the account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Stopping use of Repora does not by itself cancel a subscription. We confirm a cancellation by email, with the date access ends.

When the paid period ends, access to the account ends with it, so export what you need before that date. Cancelling a subscription and asking us to delete an account are separate requests; both are described in our Terms of Use.

Enterprise runs on the written agreement signed with us, and that agreement sets the term, the renewal and the notice period.

Refunds and Cancellation Rights

Our money-back commitment. If Repora is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full. This applies to a renewal payment as well as to a first purchase, and it applies whether you buy as a business or as a consumer. We approve the refund and the merchant of record returns the money to the payment method used for the order. Enterprise accounts are governed by the refund terms written into the signed agreement.

Your statutory cancellation right. If you buy as a consumer — that is, as an individual acting outside a trade, business or profession — the Consumer Rights Act 2022 gives you 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to cancel a distance contract for a digital service. Our Individual plan is a single-person plan and can be bought that way, so this right can apply. The merchant of record is the seller under that contract, so the statutory cancellation is exercised against it; write to support@repora.com and we will pass the request on and support it, or you can contact the merchant of record named on your order directly. If you asked for the service to start during that period, you can be charged for the part of it you used before you cancelled.

Where the statutory right and our own money-back commitment differ, the one more favourable to you applies. Nothing on this page limits a right you have under Irish or EU consumer law, and nothing on it limits your right to dispute a card payment with your bank.

To ask for a refund, email support@repora.com from the address used for the purchase, with the order reference from your receipt. We answer refund requests by email and tell you the outcome; where a refund is approved, the merchant of record issues it to the original payment method, and the time it takes to appear is set by that provider and your bank.

Payment Methods and Card Data

The merchant of record decides which payment methods are offered at checkout; these normally include Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment pages are operated by the merchant of record on its own systems.

We do not collect, process or store card numbers, card security codes or bank details, and no payment details reach Repora's servers. We receive the transaction record for an order: who paid, for which plan, when, and how much. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with that.

Support and Complaints

Email support@repora.com for anything to do with your account, your plan, a payment or a refund; you can also use the contact form. We answer by email. We do not publish a guaranteed response time or a contractual uptime commitment, and we say so rather than imply one.

If our reply does not resolve the matter, say so in the same email thread and ask for the complaint to be escalated. An escalated complaint is handled by Velvet Software Limited at its registered office below, and we will confirm the outcome to you in writing. Please give us the chance to put a problem right first — but contacting us is not a condition of anything, and it does not affect your right to raise the matter with the merchant of record that sold the order, with your bank, or with a consumer protection body in your country.
